Maybe you say could new "toy", because it sure is a lot fun to draw and sketch with my new Wacom 12wx. And this comes from person who never tried any other Cintiq or any touch screen device for that matter. So, it´s feels pretty awesome to see your line drawn directly to your screen without delay. It brings this the Wacom drawing experience much more close to the original paper and pencil. Maybe this is bye bye to scanner..? ..well not entirely never, can´t beat the old school methods and the portability of pencil and small sketchbook, but for sure this is a new direction in digital illustration.
